Only our current customers can shop on our website. Please contact us to become one of our customers and buy silver jewellery on wholesale.
How can I become a customer?
To become our customer, you should have a channel to sell silver products. Özcan Gümüş has the right to ask additional documents such as “Trade Registry Gazette” announcement or “Tax Chart”.
I have become a member, will be membership be approved?
You need to contact us for the approval of the membership, to see the products on the website, and to buy products from the website.
I cannot log in to the website even though I am a member, Why?
Our website has certain precautions to prevent sharing, copying product images/information and logging in from different locations. System will detect if the product images/information are copied or a different IP address is used for logging in and could suspend your membership. You need to contact us to reactivate your membership.
Do you only have silver jewellery? Do you have retail sales?
We only sell silver jewellery products. We don’t have any retail sales channels. The sales are wholesale only.
